Cancellation for factory ordered items—

10% Order Entry
 
50% Casting/Forging

75% Machining

90% Assembly/Test

100% Complete

Restocking Policy

1) Items that are common to our inventory can be returned at a 20% restocking charge. The valves must be in new and resaleable condition or additional cleaning and repair charges may apply.

2) Items that have been modified or are not common to our inventory will be negotiated at time of return.

3) Returns will be accepted only with tvc management authorization in writing.

4) Freight charges for returns will be to buyers account.
